Yogi Sprouts Fall Schedule

Yogi Sprouts at Saco River Yoga is excited to announce that our Fall session begins Tuesday, September 16! Check out the schedule. We are excited to offer the wonderful new Teen Yoga Recharge on Friday evenings.

In addition, not only will we continue offering innovative and fun children’s yoga classing within our beautiful studio, but we’re also focusing on teaching classes at other locations (i.e. childcare facilities, schools, community centers, etc.). Our goal is to increase awareness of wellness, and the many benefits of yoga, by extending our teachings further into our community. We are very honored and grateful for your help in getting us here and look forward to continued growth. Please feel free to let us know how we can share yoga with your family and friends.
