Pranayama and Meditation

Free with SRY Pass, $5 Drop-in

Physical poses are just one yogic technique available to quiet the mind and turn the attention inward. For this class you will sit and learn the techniques of pranayama (breath/energy work) and meditation. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome whether you come in for physical yoga classes or not. The class lasts about 25 minutes. You will take home a short practice you can repeat throughout the week. If you have a current SRY pass, this class is free, if not, it is a $5 drop in.
